Before your order has been shipped, you may conditionally change your order. A cancellation is not possible after receipt of payment.

No, unfortunately, no express deliveries are currently possible. We strive to offer this service as soon as possible.

You can transfer the amount from your own account to your bank via online banking, a bank transfer form or a cash deposit. Be sure to pay within 48 hours of your booking.

For international transfers, in addition to the total purchase price, you will always be charged a cross-border transfer fee (especially outside the EU). Your bank can provide you with additional information. If we do not receive the full amount for your order, delays may occur.

Yes, all prices quoted on the website include VAT (value added tax). The value added tax as well as any applicable statutory fees are again shown separately on the invoice.

Invoices for your orders will be sent in electronic form after confirmation of the order to your specified e-mail address. The invoice will be provided as a PDF document and can be easily printed at any time.

Yes, your order will also be shipped abroad.

You can have your order delivered to an address you specify. A delivery to a parcel station is not possible.

The delivery time is indicated in the shop with the respective product, if no delivery time is specified you can contact us.

If a shipment is desired, we have to charge shipping costs.

The milling machines are shipped by freight carrier. Small items are sent in safe transport boxes with Austrian Post.

  • Forwarding: Normally, the forwarder will contact you by phone. If this is not the case, please contact us.
  • Parcel delivery: The respective parcel delivery service in your country will try to deliver the goods once. If you are not available the first time, the order will be picked up at the nearest post office.

The packaging can be disposed of at your nearest waste collection point. Please pay attention to an environmentally friendly and professional disposal.

Customers from non-EU countries do not have to pay Austrian VAT, as far as proof of export is available. When shipping by freight forwarding we accept the proof of export.

If goods are collected personally from persons from non-EU countries, we are legally obliged to charge the VAT, as we have no proof of export.

If you give us your valid VAT number when ordering, the delivery will be VAT free.

You can check the validity of your VAT number online at the European Commission: European Commission

Your customer data is only used for the purchase process. Several partners are involved in the purchasing process (payment and shipping) and thus part of your customer data is passed on to these companies for the purpose of completing the ordering process. A transfer of customer data to third parties is not made. Exceptions are persons who are involved in the ordering process and service providers.

Yes, you can download a free demo version under the Support section.

You can download the program as demo version. After the purchase you will receive a license file from us. Please load the file into the installation folder C: \ Mach3. You can now restart Mach3 and use it as a full version.
